Surrounded by two areas of natural beauty, South Devon and the Dartmoor National Park, the views are delightful. Webland is ideal for both the short-term 'get away from it all' weekend break, and for the longer holiday when you can really chill out. Webland is also a great holiday park to come to throughout the year to enjoy the changing seasons. You can use your Webland holiday home at any time as we are always open.

Webland is all about peace & relaxation Although our park retains the name Webland Farm, over a century of dairy farming came to an end back in the 1950s. The park, which is 24 acres in total, is now made up of holiday homes, fields, a wild meadow, and the Tor view walk.
For owners who want to bring their dogs to Webland, we have a dog friendly approach as long as owners respect the space of other owners. There is a separate area for dogs to run in, but we ask owners to control their dogs on the main park.

Webland is bordered by farming land and this contributes to the delightful views and the level of peace and quiet. The grounds are fully maintained at all times, so all you have to do is enjoy them.

We know that, even on holiday, our owners need the best of internet connections. We have, therefore, invested in a super fast 100MB connection to the park which opens up a world of technical opportunities. Not only can you have a dedicated and speedy connection for your phones, tablets and computers, but it enables us to provide you with other services including security.

We also want you to have complete confidence and trust in us when you choose to have your holiday home at Webland Farm. Webland has a fair price policy when it comes to annual pitch fees, and initial purchase contracts are laid out clearly for you so you fully understand the agreement.

A delightful & spacious holiday home The Meadow, with its brand new lodges, is the most secluded part of Webland Farm and has some of the most delightful views both to the South across the Devon countryside and to the West looking out to Ugborough Beacon.

There will be 21 lodges in total in the Meadow and each one will offer something different in its views and its seclusion. The layouts are fresh and spacious and they are designed with modern living in mind. 'Easy-care' external materials provide a low maintenance solution, and our decking options mean that you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor holiday living.

These new lodges are in a soft sandy coloured natural tone. A new decking design, with glass panelling replacing wooden balustrades, comes as standard. The lodge interiors are built and furnished to a very high standard in a 'Classic Country' style and with a modern fresh feel. Colour schemes include duck egg blue and greys, and contemporary 'geometric retro style' furniture not only has a modern, stylish look, but also adds to the sense of space with its streamlined design. There is a high quality internal finish throughout including internal oak doors and Bosch white goods; the kitchen includes a built-in microwave, wine cooler and an eye level electric oven. The lodges feature 'long slotted' windows, Velux roof windows that add light and freshness, and 'v-groove' feature walls. These lodges also have vaulted ceilings throughout. The lounge and dining area is the relaxing centre of your holiday lodge. The open plan design provides a light and extensive space but still retains a feeling of warmth and welcome. The Master bedroom and en-suite include a dedicated dressing area and built-in wardrobes.

All our lodges have added insulation which take them beyond BS3632 requirements. The Meadow plots are well spaced which adds to the feeling of space and privacy for each lodge owner.

A full residential quality holiday retreat Our lodges provide the option of a full residential quality property that costs significantly less than a traditional property. The Webland team is available to provide you with whatever support is needed, including your own individual security system linked to our office and mobile phones. We also keep a general monitor of your property and, if we see any problems we give you a call to inform you and agree a course of action.

All new lodges have a 75 year agreement (some pre-owned lodges may be shorter).

If you have not seen one of our lodge homes we believe you will be amazed by the internal specification, the quality of the build and, of course, the views that you have from the property of the surrounding Devon countryside and the Dartmoor hills. Its moorland landscape is characterised by rough grazing land, wooded valleys and the distinctive granite Tors. Dartmoor offers great walks for both the casual and experienced walker and also attracts cyclists, wildlife lovers, historians and photographers. The South Devon coastline has an excellent reputation for the quality of its beaches. There are over 70 miles of attractive coastline including the delightful towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth and Brixham. Bigbury is very popular with holiday home owners at Webland Farm and well known for its sandy beach, coastal walks, and picturesque golf course. we keep webland very quiet and peaceful All holiday homes are privately owned. We do not have any letting units, which means that even the traditional peak holiday times are peaceful at Webland Farm. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet all year round. We simply provide great views over the Dartmoor National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (aonb). Our new lodge development has been specifically designed with views, space and privacy in mind. We do not have a club or bar on site at Webland Farm but there are nearby pubs and restaurants.

We’re always open We're open every day of the year so you can come and go as you please. Unlike traditional holiday parks, we have no restrictions on season

no restrictions on your holidays You can stay as long as you want per holiday.* You can visit as often as you want for holidays.* Some holiday parks will tell you that you have to stay away for one or two months, others will charge you extra per visit.

No restrictions on how long you own your holiday home You can keep your holiday home as long as you want. Traditional holiday parks will only let you keep your holiday home for a specified number of years. This can be as little as 10 years for caravan holiday homes and 15 years for holiday lodges

we remember that it’s your family’s holiday home You can let your friends and family use your holiday home without restriction. However, in order to maintain the peace and quiet at Webland, we do not allow commercial sub-letting. Your holiday home can be left to other family members without any commission fees. Dogs are welcome and we offer a separate dog walking area. We have our own 100MB superfast broadband around Webland Farm.

Security and peace of mind at webland All holiday homes have a security system installed. We live on site and so are able to "keep an eye on things" in your absence. If you've gone home and forgotten something e.g. Windows open, food in the fridge then don't worry. We live on site so just give us a call and we'll sort it out.

Other advantages compared to “bricks and mortar” No council tax to pay. Rates are however payable. No gardens to attend as we look after all the grounds.

Maintenance - you’re in control As it's your "pride and joy" you can look after it yourself, let us do it for you or have a mixture of both. It's your property…it's your choice.
