There are three easy steps to moving simple:
1. Once you have picked your beautiful new Anwyl home, you can sign up for our scheme by paying a refundable deposit of £250.
2. We will then get to work on selling your current home. We will take care of the valuation, and decide on a selling price, with your help. We will work in partnership with an estate agent to market your property, and even pay the fees for you.
3. Once we’ve successfully sold your house you are free to buy your dream Anwyl home!
Don’t worry about selling your current home – just leave it to us. Choose your new home and register for a £250 refundable deposit.
We then arrange a valuation of your current home, agree a selling price with you and liaise with an approved estate agent to market your property. When your house is sold, we then proceed with the purchase of your Anwyl home.

Help to Buy England
Thanks to this English government scheme, equity loans are now available for first time buyers and second time movers.
A UK government-backed scheme that could help you to move in with 5% deposit.
Equity loans are now available for homes worth up to £600,000. With Help to Buy England the English government will lend you up to 20% of the property value through an equity loan. You'll only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society. You won’t be charged any loan fees for the first five years of owning your own home.
Armed forces discount
With our armed forces discount you could get a discount of £500 for every £25,000 you spend on a new Anwyl home! It is exclusively available to all armed forces personnel on all Anwyl houses up to a maximum discount of £5,000. Our discount can be used in conjunction with the Government’s Help to Buy Equity Loan or Forces Help to Buy Schemes.
Here’s an example:
• On a £250,000 home you could get a £5,000 discount.
• £250,000 divided by £25,000 = 10
• 10 x £500 discount = £5,000
• Property purchase price with discount= £245,000!
