From our very first viewing, we could picture our life here. Looking through the bright conservatory into the garden, we imagined summer barbecues, our child playing outside and happy gatherings with family and friends. Two years on, those hopes have become wonderful memories.

We’ve loved how practical and comfortable the house is, with excellent storage, plenty of natural light and space to relax, dine and spend time together. It stays warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer, while the sunny garden is a lovely size for family life without being difficult to maintain.

Our favourite spot is the conservatory. Whether enjoying the garden in summer or sitting with a cup of tea and listening to the rain, it’s our peaceful retreat. With a heater, we’ve enjoyed it during the colder months too.

We also poured a great deal of thought and care into renovating the kitchen for ourselves, expecting to enjoy it for years to come. Bright and practical, with clever storage, a Belfast sink and a multifunctional oven, it’s become a space we love cooking in together.

The neighbourhood has been just as special. Our neighbours made us feel welcome from day one, and we’ll really miss them. The area is green and peaceful, with Maidenhead town centre within easy reach. Parking for our two cars has also been straightforward throughout our time here.

Having Lowbrook Academy just a four-minute walk away has been a highlight. Our child has been so happy there, and the care, education and opportunities have exceeded our expectations.

We’re moving closer to family following a change in circumstances, so leaving is bittersweet. We’ve put so much love into this home and hope its next owners feel the same spark we did when we first walked through the door.
