Owners' insight
The living room has real presence - At approximately 18ft 4in by 17ft 2in, this is a room with space to spread out. Whether it’s family film nights, entertaining friends or simply having room for everyone to relax, it gives the ground floor a generous feel.
A separate dining room - Not every home offers a dedicated dining room, and we think it adds something special here. It creates a natural place to gather around the table without taking space away from the main living room.
A kitchen that keeps life organised - The fitted kitchen has its own defined space, with the separate dining room immediately alongside it. It’s a practical arrangement that works for everyday cooking as well as entertaining.
Three bedrooms with useful storage - The upstairs layout gives you three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The additional storage cupboards throughout the property are another welcome feature.
The garage and two-car driveway- A particularly useful combination. There’s dedicated parking for two cars, plus the garage for storage, bikes, tools or those things you would rather keep out of the house.
Wildridings on your doorstep - Local facilities around Wildridings Square make everyday errands straightforward, while Mill Park offers a pond, walking routes, play areas and outdoor space.
Bracknell for everything else - The Lexicon brings together shopping, restaurants, cinema and leisure, while Swinley Forest and the wider Bracknell countryside offer plenty of options for getting outdoors.

The kettle is on, breakfast is underway and there’s no need for everyone to be squeezed into one space. The fitted kitchen and separate dining room give the morning its own rhythm, whether it’s a leisurely breakfast or a busy start with the family.
Make the most of the neighbourhood. Head towards Mill Pond and Mill Park for a change of scenery. The local walking route takes in the pond, shared paths and green spaces, making it a lovely option for a weekend wander.
Bring everyone together. Back home, the separate dining room is ready for lunch, while the spacious living room offers somewhere to settle afterwards. There’s a natural distinction between the places you gather and the places you relax.
An afternoon of possibilities. Perhaps it’s a trip into Bracknell for shopping and lunch at The Lexicon, or something more adventurous at Swinley Forest, where walking trails, cycling and outdoor activities offer a change of pace.
Home, with room to unwind. The living room becomes the perfect place to put your feet up, catch up on a favourite programme or enjoy a quieter moment while the rest of the house carries on around you.
Make an evening of it. Dinner around the table, friends popping over or a relaxed evening at home. With three bedrooms and two separate reception spaces, the house has the flexibility to suit whatever the weekend brings.
Owners' insight
We have friendly and supportive neighbours. Most of which have lived on the street for long periods of time. It is rare to see houses on our road go up for sale!
We live in walking distance to great nurseries, primary and secondary schools.
The town centre and train station is only a short 15-20 minute walk away and the walk is very safe as there is a great underpass system all throughout Bracknell.
The area is lovely and green and you can walk to Mill Pond in under 10 minutes.
In terms of the house, the area is nice and quiet and in summer we enjoy long evenings in our back garden. Due to it being south facing we can enjoy it in the cooler months, also the sun sets in the garden.
