Vendor Comments:
We bought the property as our plans were to spend more time in the UK but as our plans have changed it sadly makes no sense for us to keep it. The standout feature for us was always the view as many flats in Bath are restricted by other buildings, you can even see it when your sat in bed in the morning having a cup of tea! We loved the period features of the apartment as it feels in keeping with the building itself but also in an up to date modern design. The size of the rooms were an appeal to us along with plenty of storage. The location of the building is also something we loved as yours just minutes away from shops, pubs and restaurants but also just far enough away from the busy city centre.
Description
Upon entering this charming apartment, you are welcomed by a spacious hallway, with a cloakroom to the right and ample space for coats, bags and shoes. Directly ahead, the shower room features marble tiles from Mandarin Stone, creating a classic and elegant finish.
The generously sized bedroom benefits from three built-in storage cupboards and comfortably accommodates a super king-size bed with bedside tables, offering an excellent balance of space and practicality.
The sitting room forms the heart of the home, providing an inviting setting for a morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. Stunning south-westerly views across the southern side of Bath offer the perfect backdrop for watching the sunset. Period features include a fireplace, decorative coving, high ceilings and large Georgian sash windows. Currently arranged as a living and dining room, this sociable space is ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
The stylish Magnet kitchen is finished with quartz worktops and integrated appliances, combining quality finishes with a practical design.
Brunswick Place enjoys a desirable position on the lower slopes of Lansdown, within easy walking distance of Bath city centre. Local shops on Julian Road provide everyday convenience, while nearby Walcot Street offers an inviting selection of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The Circus and Royal Crescent are close by, alongside the green spaces of Hedgemead Park and Royal Victoria Park. Combining Georgian surroundings with easy access to the city’s shopping, dining and cultural attractions, this is an excellent location for enjoying life in Bath.
