What the owners liked about the flat ..."Living at flat has been a wonderful experience, from the local amenities on hand (such as Gunnersbury Park, Chiswick Business Park and Chiswick Sunday Markets) to the amazing community around Acton Gardens. The flat and area can be summed in one word, home. We’ve definitely been able to call Acton and the flat our home for a number of years. We’ve made plenty of friends in our building, but also in other buildings as well – everyone is so warm and welcoming (having a little cute puppy also helps – there’s lots of friendly, lovable dogs and owners around!). But this has in turn, made us feel extremely safe as everyone looks out for everyone. One of the biggest highlights is the transport links – having the Piccadilly and District line on our doorstep as well as the over ground makes London hugely accessible and we’ve had plenty of fun days out all over the capital. For a couple, this flat has been wonderful for us – plenty of space for us to do our own things/hobbies as well as share many cosy nights watching tv shows and films, and having dinner together."

Ideally positioned for Acton Town and South Acton stations, the apartment also provides convenient access to Chiswick High Road, Acton High Street and Gunnersbury Park. It would make an excellent home for a first-time buyer, professional or couple, as well as an attractive investment opportunity.
