After 10 years living in South Lodge we are very sad to be leaving as it has been such a wonderful family home. All the rooms are light and airy with fantastic views from every window. We were particularly attracted to the house due to its location bordering the National Trust Tyntesfield estate and the sweeping vista it offered across the Land Yeo river Valley. We felt these characteristics would protect the rural nature of the property for many years to come. Despite its countryside setting the property is conveniently located only 20 minutes drive from central Bristol, 15 minutes from the M5 and 15 minutes from Bristol airport. Situated on a private country lane we are lucky to have a lovely, close group of neighbours who look out for each other without being intrusive.

Although neighbouring houses are Grade II listed, South Lodge does not have any such restriction which enabled us to extend the house and garage by approximately 50% between 2018 and 2020. As well as extending we conducted extensive renovations including:
