We have loved living here for the last 7 years in the best spot on the development. Nothing but Hawley woods opposite us and nice and quiet with some great neighbours. Having the woods opposite has been great for walking and cycling. Also great for dog walkers as well. The house itself is a great size with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space. We made a number of improvements over the years. We are very proud of the garden, with different seating areas, a gazebo, well established plants and love sitting out there whenever it is not raining. It gets plenty of sun. We will be sad to leave but now is the time for us to relocate North. We hope our buyers will be as happy in the house as we have been.

What I really like about this home is how well it balances modern living with a practical family layout. Being built in 2019, it still feels fresh and contemporary, so there's very little you'd need to do other than move in and make it your own.

Downstairs works really well. The kitchen and dining room gives you plenty of space for everyday family life, with the separate utility keeping the practical side tucked away. You've then got a good-sized lounge to retreat to, rather than everything being in one open-plan space.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms are genuinely useful sizes, with the main bedroom benefiting from its own en suite alongside the family bathroom. It's a layout that should work just as well for a young family as it will for anyone needing a home office or extra guest space.

The garden is another part of the house I really like. It's colourful, well looked after and has a hot tub, so there's already a great space to enjoy during the warmer months. Having a garage and parking for up to four cars is also a big practical advantage.

Welberry Way itself feels nicely tucked away, with its tree-lined surroundings giving the development a quieter feel, but you're still well placed for the M3 and both Farnborough and Blackwater stations.

For me, it's the combination of condition, space and location that makes this such an easy home to recommend. It feels ready for someone to move straight into and enjoy from day one.
