What A House, Incredible Views & Huge Potential!

Owners Comments...

We have absolutely loved living at Carosal House; from the moment we first laid eyes on it, we knew it was the one for us. After our viewing, all we could think about were the incredible views, the characterful wooden door, and the bright landing with that stunning window overlooking the front fields.

Since moving in, we’ve welcomed two children, and it has been the most wonderful family home. The bedrooms are a fantastic size, and the kitchen pantry-one of our favourite parts of the house-is perfect for staying organised and fully stocked!

The garage is far larger than your average double garage. While we’ve loved using it for practical storage, it has so much potential to be transformed into a creative space, gym, or workshop.

The views here are genuinely magical. Every year, we watch the farmer plant crops, and it’s fascinating to sit in the garden and watch the machinery at work.

When the fields clear, the wildlife arrives; deer, pheasants, and rabbits frequently roam the landscape. Currently, a family of three deer visits the front fields early most mornings.

The garden is a true sun-trap. The front of the house catches the morning light, the sun sets beautifully over the back fields, and the rear corner enjoys sunshine all day long.

Location-wise, you truly get the best of both worlds. You are wrapped in countryside with great dog walks on your doorstep, yet every shop you need is a mere five-minute drive away, alongside handy transport links like the Park & Ride.

Above all, our neighbours have been the absolute best we could have ever asked for, and we will miss them dearly.

Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments...

The views from the back of this home are absolutely incredible!

Set on a superb, big plot and backing directly onto a working farm, this four-bedroom detached home has some seriously impressive views and bags of potential. There is also massive scope to extend (STPP), so there’s plenty of room to make this already fantastic home even bigger.

The house itself has been stripped right back and completely redone, with the exception of just one room. Pretty much everything has had a refresh, including all-new electrics, a brand-new slate roof, and the heating has been completely upgraded from oil to fully connected gas, with a new boiler and Megaflo heating system.

And honestly, the inside is amazing. The bathrooms are stunning, the brand-new en-suite is a real bonus, and all four bedrooms are proper doubles. There is loads of natural light throughout, helped by those beautiful sash windows.

Outside, there’s a huge garage, a long driveway, and that fantastic big plot with those views that are going to be hard to beat.

A beautifully renovated home, a brilliant plot, incredible views and plenty of potential to extend.
