From the Carkeel Roundabout on the A38, on the edge of Saltash Turn onto Callington Rd, signposted 'to Saltash B3271', passing a McDonalds on the left. At the next Roundabout take the second exit, straight on. When you reach the t-junction, turn right. At the first of the double mini roundabouts, take the first exit continuing south on this road for 0.7 of a mile. At the next t-junction where the road has narrowed, turn right. Follow this road out the town and as you head up the hill, there will be a sharp turning to the left. Around this corner is the driveway for the land. A 'for sale' board has been erected.
