From our floor, which was the show flat, we have far reaching views over the city from both front and back balconies. The development adjoins a pretty park and children’s play area and is surrounded by a mature ornamental garden. The Tower is situated well away from traffic noise yet the amenities of Whiteladies Rd and Gloucester Rd, as well as the Bristol Downs, are only a short walk away. Since we moved here we have made substantial improvements including replacing all three bathrooms and having a Sharps dressing room fitted in an unused cupboard space adjoining a bedroom. We shall be sorry to leave.
