Hello, my name is Lin, and i’ve had the privilege to have lived in this beautiful property for 9 years. I am now looking to move to Norfolk, with my two dogs, Lexi and Lilu to be near close family and start a new chapter.

Blackwater is a bit of a hidden gem, it has excellent rail and motorway links, good schools, gp surgeries, dentist, Hawley lakes and other dog walks with exposure to nature. There are good bus links to Camberley, Yateley, Sandhurst, Crowthorne and Farnborough. The amenities include access to a pharmacy, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Next and M&S/Tesco at The Meadows. There are several petrol stations.

Everything has been done in the house, it’s been a real labour of love and has taken some time but the finished result has made it worthwhile. I think it is homely, but light and bright. The garden is very large and is a sun trap, it is very serene/quiet and you can see some lovely nature, especially squirrels who visit regularly.

The local walks are beautiful and there is variety of options, all of which my dogs enjoy immensely. We will miss all of this, but are looking forward to our new beginnings...
