    The Land

The majority of the bottom enclosures are accessible with natural water sources on the Eastern and Western boundaries. Most of the enclosures near the homestead are suitable for hay or silage making. The majority of the bottom enclosures have been improved and down to pasture. The boundaries appear to be well fenced and there is a track to the furthermost enclosures for ease management.

    From the bottom enclosures the land rises steeply at Cipyn Du, Tarren Bwlch Gwyn and Terran Y Gesail to 470 metres before becoming more accessible towards Southern boundary. There is access to the unimproved mountain from the Dylife road along Glyndwrs to Bugeilyn.
