If you lived here....
The ground floor centres around a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room, creating an easy setting for everyday life and time with friends. The kitchen runs along one side, leaving plenty of room for a dining table and a comfortable seating area, while large glazed doors open directly onto the private garden and bring in plenty of natural light. The interiors are beautifully presented throughout, with a clean, contemporary finish, while useful storage sits beside the entrance.
The private garden feels like a natural continuation of the living space, with room for outdoor dining, planting and relaxing during the warmer months. At the far end, the garden room provides valuable extra space and could work well as a home office, studio or quiet retreat.
Upstairs, there are two spacious double bedrooms, making the home equally well suited to couples, small families or those looking for extra space. Both rooms are finished in soft, neutral tones, while the bathroom and separate WC are also arranged on this floor. Further storage helps keep the space practical and well organised.

A word from the owner......
"This was the perfect first home for us. The layout makes it feel so spacious, and there's a surprising amount of storage. One of our favourite features is the evening light filling the west-facing living room. We loved living in such a vibrant neighbourhood, spending our weekends on Brick Lane, Broadway Market, and in Victoria Park when we weren't lazing around in our own peaceful garden. One of the best local gems is Breid, a bakery with fantastic sourdough and sweet treats. Being five minutes from Whitechapel station, with excellent connections into central London, was also so convenient, and we made the most of having all four of London's airports less than 90 minutes away, door to door."
