Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This amazing property is a real all rounder that offers an incredible amount of space both internally and externally and provides tremendous value for money in the current market. When you book a viewing, allow at the minimum an hour and a half as there is so much to see here! In total the house and outbuildings add up to 6689 square feet and the land extend to circa nine acres in total.

The main house, has been significantly renovated by the present owners and is super size, being large and generously proportioned yet not too spawling and intimidating, It has a lovely warm and homely feel and has within it many reclaimed features, including the French spiral staircase, hand carved stand stone pillars, and the Portland stone fireplace. In total there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms and a feature hallway. The full detail is on the floorplan and the house itself extends to 2408 square feet.

The south facing gardens are a delight and contain large expanses of lawn, an orchard, Ha-Ha and the environment as a whole is an abundance of colour and maturity in the Spring and Summer months. This is also an outstanding setting if you value privacy.

There is also a Lake and paddocks, along with multiple outbuildings including large agricultural barn with hayloft, double garage with loft studio area over, stables, tack room and paddocks ideal for equestrian use. There is also a spectacular conservatory greenhouse. It is a special environment and one that can not be fully understood by an initial drive by appearance and a glance from the road, it is so much larger than one would expect.

For a personal discussion about this unique residence, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office of Gascoigne Halman and we can also arrange a viewing. Please note that we are marketing this wonderful home jointly with Baker Wynne and Wilson of Nantwich.
