About this property
"We could not have loved our first home more. The flat's location is perfect; being central but quiet with beautiful views. We have enjoyed many meals on North Street and in Whapping Wharf. We have had the best of both worlds having lived centrally whilst also living next to Victoria Park. We have enjoyed relaxing in the spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room and spent days sunbathing and having dinner on the balcony. We are 100% sure that future owners will be as happy as we have been here."
The Home
A well-presented two-bedroom fifth-floor apartment, set to the quieter rear side of the building with far-reaching views across Bristol. The main living space is a generous open-plan sitting/dining room, with plenty of room for both seating and a dining table. Large windows bring in good natural light and frame the outlook across the surrounding colourful Bristol terraces. The kitchen sits just off this space and is neatly arranged with fitted units, worktop space and integrated cooking appliances. There are two bedrooms, both well-proportioned and positioned towards the rear of the flat. The main bedroom has built in wardrobe storage while the second bedroom would work well as a guest room, home office or shared living arrangement. The bathroom has been newly renovated by the current owners and is positioned off the hallway, it’s fitted with a bath and overhead shower. The flat benefits from a bright, south-facing position, designated parking, lift access and a full-time caretaker for the building.
Outside Space
One of the standout features is the large private balcony accessed from the living area with space for seating and wide views over the city. The building is set behind a secure gated courtyard with code access, planted communal areas and a designated parking space.
Living in Bedminster
Squires Court sits on the edge of Bedminster, right where Southville and Redcliffe meet. Step out of the main entrance and turn left to find the shops and cafés of Bedminster Parade and East Street, with the flat conveniently close to The Bristol Loaf, Southville Deli, Boona Boona Coffee Roasters, and Pinkmans.
East Street leads on to North Street, South Bristol’s buzzing hub, home to popular restaurants such as Other, cor, and Kitchen by Kask, as well as some of the city’s best coffee spots including Sweven, Burra, and Peggy’s.
Crossing the river from Squires Court, you’re just minutes from everything Bristol city centre has to offer. For those working in the city, the commute by foot or bike is quick and easy, while Temple Meads station is just a 15-minute walk away.
For those looking for green space, Victoria Park is just around the corner. Spanning 50 acres, this open space offers views across the city and is perfect for a morning dog walk or run - followed by a post-stroll coffee from Feral Folk, the park’s resident coffee van.
