A few words from the seller:
One of the first things that attracted me to this apartment was the location. The proximity to Ashley Cross, Penn Hill and Parkstone train station is really convenient, whilst still being on a quiet, attractive road with plenty of parking. I was also impressed with the size of the property, high ceilings and the character features which gave it individuality and personality.
I have loved creating a home that makes me feel happy and calm. One thing in particular I have enjoyed is soaking up the sun on the balcony. It's a lovely place to have a morning coffee, as well as to grow some nice flowers. I loved growing lavender, roses, strawberries and herbs.
I have also loved being able to walk down to my favourite cafes and pubs, as well as walking or running from the apartment down to Whitecliff or Poole Park. I have felt very lucky to have these beautiful places on my doorstep.
The reason for the move is that my partner and I want to buy a home together and we want to move nearer to where he works so he has a shorter commute.
