I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The flat is light and spacious. The living room has space for a dining area, and the kitchen is a great size. It is a double bedroom with a dressing room. The views from the building and the flat are stunning, it amazing watching the fireworks on New Years Eve. Council tax is very affordable being Band B and the service charge has remained low, but the building is well run and clean. The location is brilliant, we are nestled away in a quiet spot, but close to the high street and West Norwood station with excellent links to central London.
