"Living in the cul-de-sac provided the opportunity to be part of a small Community of 5 families that all kept an eye on each other and were always available to lend a hand whilst the position of the house means that you are completely private and not overlooked by anyone and it’s a very quiet spot. I always loved the different areas of the garden for different times of the day and being able to get to the garage from the utility room under cover. The house is always full of light and I loved having the space in central hallway downstairs to access all of the living rooms. Every room has great proportions and is very useable so as a family, each of us always found a place to be, the children could have friends over and we were never on top of each other. I fell in love with May cottage as soon as Davis Tate showed it to me and we spent many happy years living there. It’s on the market now only because it’s time to move on with the next chapter of our lives."
