For just over five years, 29 Concorde Way has been our much loved family home. Since moving here in 2021 we have grown our family here and have absolutely loved everything that this house has to offer.

The location is brilliant - with Woodley precinct’s shops, cafés and restaurants, and several nature reserves just a stone’s throw away. The local amenities are excellent, and being within the catchment for several highly-regarded schools it really is an ideal setting for many.

Since moving in we reconfigured the existing downstairs layout to create a large kitchen-dining space and also added an internal porch/boot room and a utility room, which includes a dog shower!

With bi-fold doors opening out onto the garden it really is a fantastic space for entertaining and making the most of the sunshine, while also having a pergola and tiki hut which are ideal for providing shade when desired.

While we are sad to leave, we are excited for the next owners to move in and begin creating their own lifelong memories here.
