We purchased this beautiful home brand new in June 2024 and have thoroughly enjoyed being part of this small, private development. One of the things we have loved most is the wonderful sense of community, striking the perfect balance between a peaceful setting and friendly neighbours who genuinely look out for one another.

Surrounded by green open spaces, the area is ideal for walking, exercising and spending time outdoors. We have particularly enjoyed summer barbecues with neighbours and the occasional sight of local deer wandering through the development, which adds to its unique charm.

The house itself has been a pleasure to live in, providing a modern, energy-efficient and comfortable home from day one. Despite its tranquil surroundings, it also offers excellent connectivity, making commuting into London straightforward and convenient.

This home sits tucked away in the development and is only a short walk away from Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of beautiful woodland walks right on your doorstep. This is perfect is you are a keen cyclist or have a dog but there are plenty of fantastic children's playparks around. If you're looking for more open green space to explore you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood and as we've already mentioned the fbc Centre and California Country park these both have fantastic playparks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and independent local businesses. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a short journey away for your everyday essentials.
