Owners Insight
"When we were last looking to move we set ourselves a 5-year plan, to enjoy a lovely home in a scenic setting by the sea. We visited Torquay as it offered a lot of what we were looking for, and we stumbled across the ’hidden gem’ that is St Marychurch. A very welcoming district, almost a ’village’ within the town, offering access to everything needed on a daily basis - shops, buses and beautiful walks all on the doorstep, with the sea just a short stroll away. We found the new development of Welton Park, in the process of being constructed, right in the heart of St Marychurch. As soon as we walked on site, met the lovely friendly builders and saw the exacting quality of the properties they were building we knew that we had found our new home. Now with our 5-year plan coming to an end and mobility issues arising, we have made the difficult decision to downsize, but Welton Park will hold a special place in our hearts and hope that any new owners will enjoy it here as much as we have."
