I fell in love with the house the very first time I stood in the rear garden. I bought it 16 years ago and have painstakingly refurbished it to a standard i'm proud of. It is in a very quiet location with virtually no through traffic and well away from any busy roads. At the front of this home you have a bright and airy entrance hall which leads around to the right into a spacious lounge complete with log burner for a cosy feel. The glass double doors take you through to the separate dining room again with sliding doors onto the sunny garden. The refitted kitchen is one of our favourite parts of this home, as you can see it's been finished really nicely with acrylic under lit worktops, integrated built in appliances and breakfast bar. There is a real sense of space as you walk around this home which is assisted by the new windows letting in more light than before. You are also only a short distance from the local doctors and dentist as well as also falling within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Nine Mile Ride Primary School, Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood, the fbc Centre and California Country park are all within walking distance.
