We have really enjoyed living on School Lane in Yateley, as it has offered a lovely balance of comfort, convenience and easy access to the outdoors. The house has been a great place for everyday family life, with a large lounge to relax in, a spacious modern kitchen that naturally becomes the heart of the home, and a fantastic garden that has been perfect for entertaining, spending time with family and enjoying warmer days. One of the things we have appreciated most is how much is within easy reach. Within a five-minute walk there are several useful amenities, including three schools, a gym, library, swimming pool, a large green and a play park, while the main Yateley Village is only around a ten-minute walk away. Parking has also been very convenient, with ample unrestricted options on the roadside and nearby at the school and library. We have also loved being close to woodlands, Blackbushe Airport and the local commons, which are ideal for walking, cycling and making the most of the surrounding green spaces.

What I really love about this home is the lifestyle it offers. You're genuinely within walking distance of almost everything you need, whether that's popping to the shops, grabbing a coffee, taking the children to school or meeting friends locally. It's one of those locations where the car can stay at home more often than not.
A real standout for me is having the leisure centre directly opposite. Whether you're someone who enjoys an early morning workout, regular fitness classes or simply likes the convenience of having a gym on your doorstep, it's a fantastic benefit. Even better, there's a swimming pool too, making it incredibly easy to stay active without having to travel.
The house itself is equally practical for modern living. The large kitchen with breakfast bar creates a great social hub, while the conservatory adds valuable extra living space that's perfect for entertaining, working from home or simply relaxing. Combined with the three good-sized bedrooms and end-of-terrace position, this is a home that offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure.
