This traditional and spacious bay fronted period terraced house presents itself as a family home benefitting from generous living space, typical of its era, with four bedrooms complimented by two well-proportioned reception rooms and a sizeable kitchen/breakfast room, which in turn opens out onto a sunny and easily maintained enclosed southerly facing garden.

Owners Insight

"For 7 years, it’s been a happy home where the whole family have grown and thrived. I will particularly miss the French doors opening out onto the sunny garden, which on a warm day is a real suntrap, and the log burner, which makes the sitting room so cosy on a dark night.

The house has been the perfect location for both Primary and Secondary schools, The Downs and Cary Park where we walk the dog daily, the beach at Oddicombe and of course for Plainmoor, to watch Torquay United play.

There’s a lovely sense of community here, with some neighbours having been here many years, and the fantastic Fiveways shop at the bottom end of the road. The parade of shops and supermarket at the top end of the road are incredibly handy, with a post office, takeaways, pubs and some local independent shops.

We won’t be moving far and will be sad to leave this lovely home, we hope the next family who live here will be as happy here as we have been."
