Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

Located just 250 yards from the town centre is this very well positioned modern terraced house that was constructed circa 1984. It enjoys a great position on Welsh Row with a direct view opposite of some lovely period houses. It is offered with no chain at a very competitive price and is ideal for a first time buyer, retired couple or investor.

The house offers really good accommodation of just a little over 760 square feet and offers a range of features not normally found at this price level including an open plan breakfast kitchen, designated off road parking spaces, two good size bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom.

Nantwich is a hugely popular town and with good reason. We expect strong interest here and encourage and early viewing.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.

Location

The town of Nantwich is a charming and historic market town in South Cheshire. Found in some of Cheshire’s most idyllic countryside Nantwich provides a wealth of period buildings, 12th Century church, cobbled streets, independent boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, historic market hall, superb sporting and leisure facilities with an outdoor saltwater pool, riverside walks, lake and nearby canal network with highly regarded Junior and Senior schooling. Crewe Railway station, just four miles away, is a key link to London and the whole of the UK and will in due course be key HS2 hub. The town also has its own railway station, within walking distance of the subject property.
