We have loved living in this home since moving here in 2001. It has been a wonderful place for us and has truly felt like a great family home, offering both comfort and space to grow. One of our favourite features is the south-facing garden, which enjoys plenty of sunlight throughout the day. It’s been perfect for relaxing, spending time with family, and entertaining during the warmer months. The property also offers fantastic potential to expand, giving future owners the opportunity to adapt and grow the space to suit their needs over time. The location is another real highlight. Swinley Forest is just a short distance away, providing beautiful walks, cycling routes, and a lovely connection to nature. At the same time, the house is ideally positioned for commuting, with easy access to major motorways, making travel to work and surrounding areas very convenient. Overall, it offers a great balance of a peaceful setting, excellent transport links, and the potential to make it your own. We will be very sad to leave, but are excited for it to become a wonderful home for another family.
