Description
Having been in the same family's ownership for thirty years, The Coach House, 36A Broadwater Down offers a wonderful opportunity for a new family to put their stamp on the house moving forward, modernising, extending, and configuring the house as they may wish, subject to all and any necessary consents.
The property boasts some impressive ceiling heights and original features. The ground floor comprises a welcoming entrance hall with tiled floor and an archway leading through to the spacious dual aspect kitchen/breakfast room with a very useful walk-in pantry. From the hallway, you also access the dual aspect, light-filled sitting room with feature fireplace and two sets of French doors opening to the rear courtyard garden. The impressive dining room also has French doors out to the rear courtyard. There is a useful ground floor utility room and a WC.
The first floor is home to the generous principal bedroom with a pretty Juliet balcony and en suite shower room. There are three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Outside: The Coach House enjoys a well screened, well-established town garden with plenty of room for outdoor entertaining. The garden is also a blank canvas for the green-fingered, looking to create an easily maintained oasis in the midst of town, external steps lead to the courtyard which provides parking for several cars, but could easily be landscaped and utilised for more outdoor entertaining. The Coach House has a large double garage, with further on street parking also available on Broadwater Down.
