Owners insights:

What do you love most about your home?
We’ve loved how peaceful, safe and comfortable the flat feels, despite being in such a central London location. It’s set back from the street with several security points before reaching the front door, which has made it feel like a calm cocoon in the heart of the city. The flat and has been finished to an excellent standard as it was originally the ex-show apartment. We’ve also really appreciated the great storage, comfortable size, fantastic roof terrace, fitted air conditioning in the bedroom, and the lovely sense of community within the building.

Why are you selling?
After six wonderful years here, we feel it’s the right time for our next chapter.

What do you love about the area?
The location has been unforgettable. Regent’s Park is just five minutes away, which has been amazing for early morning walks, summer picnics and having a Royal Park right on the doorstep. Primrose Hill is also just a short walk along the canal, offering lovely pubs and restaurants, while Camden Market is nearby for food, shopping and entertainment. It’s a brilliant mix of green space, character and London energy.
