“Love this flat! Sad to leave but we plan to move to a house locally.

It’s a nice quiet street and all the neighbours are friendly. It’s 10/15 minute walk to Walthamstow or Blackhorse Road and Lloyd Park is just 2 minute walk around the corner. The Farmers market on a Saturday is great, there’s plenty of coffee shops and brunch spots close by and The Bell pub is on the corner.

The garden is great for a BBQ and the loft provides a huge amount of storage (we definitely made use of)”
