Over the years the current owner has sympathetically renovated the property (e.g. Re-roofing and converting part of the ground floor to provide an annexe. Over the access lane is a block of pastureland and stable block with yard that offer the perfect place to keep horses/ponies or other animals etc. With its pretty established grounds and gardens, the property extends to about 4.1 acres (stms – subject to measured survey). All in all, the property offers an attractive home for a family or extended family, those that wish to have an income and space to keep animals or to enjoy for amenity use.

Off the kitchen is a side porch with cloak room off. There was once a doorway that opened from the breakfast area to the adjoining annexe and this could be re-instated if required.
