I purchased the property as a first time buyer in 2019. I was initially drawn to the property due to it having a garden which I found rare for a 1 bedroom. Also, I loved the location, being rural but having access to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Why I like the property

I love having my own private garden. The location is perfect, Westerham is a lovely village. I enjoy having all the fields and walking routes on the doorstep and also the shops and restaurants a 2 minute walk away. We are only moving due to starting a family, if we didn’t need to upsize I would be more than happy to stay here!
