The living area is well designed and includes a three seater sofa bed, a 2 seater sofa and a large footstool with storage. The furniture coordinates perfectly with the kitchen and includes a side table, a TV unit and a fitted fireplace with an electric flame effect fire and mirror above. You also have the addition of a built in home entertainment system which can be connected via bluetooth to your devices.

Through to door there is a hallway which leads to a family shower room which includes a shower enclosure, WC, vanity unit with storage and a counter top basin, wall unit with mirror, shelves and a shaving point. The boiler is discreetly situated in a fitted unit which also includes shelving and storage, the room is finished nicely with a large towel radiator.

There are 2 good sized twin rooms which will comfortably sleep 4 adults both include 2 single beds with a bedside table, fitted wardrobes with coordinated bedding complimenting the colour scheme throughout.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, fitted wardrobes with storage and a dressing table and chair, corner floor to ceiling windows are a great addition to the room. There is a fully equipped ensuite shower room including a WC, vanity with counter top basin and shower enclosure and towel radiator.
