From the direction of Narberth, proceed along the A40 roadway upon reaching the town of Carmarthen at the Pensarn roundabout take the second exit and follow the road in the direction of the A48. Continue on the A48 roadway for 3-4 miles taking a left hand turn into Heol Llangynnwr, proceed along this road taking the second right hand turn, follow the road and after passing the cemetery on the left hand side take the immediate left hand turn and the land will be seen at the bottom of the road.
