Not only are we spoilt with the beach at the end of the road, but we also have the convenience of the high street on our doorstep too.

Bearing in mind this is a top floor maisonette flat, we have always felt like we have lived in a house with generous room proportions and plenty of space.

Above all, our time living on Third Avenue has been filled with wonderful memories and we shall miss this bustling yet quiet spot fondly.
