A parcel of accommodation land amounting to approximately 4 acres or thereabouts with access off Llandeilo Road. We have been advised that there is a stream running to the right of the fields and that it is mainly fenced.

Directions

Leave Ammanford on High Street and at the junction turn left onto Pontamman Road. Travel for approximately 2.5 miles into the village of Glanamman then turn left after the village store, signposted to the hospital. Turn right, on the ben, into Folland Road and travel along this road to Garnant. Turn left into Heol Felen (small single track road) and follow this road up the hill to the junction at the top then turn right into Llandeilo Road. Travel past the farm on the left and pass the property on the left called Wernoleu and then on the bend there is an opening on the left with a wooden gate opposite. The track leading to the field is very wet and stony and we would not recommend attempting to take your car up there.

We understand that the land is outside the current development guidelines and lies within the Brecon Beacons National Park and therefore the grating of planning permission is unlikely.
