Licence fee We understand from the vendor that the licence fee for 2023 - 2024 has been paid by the current vendors. New applicants will therefore not have to pay a licence fee until March / April 2024.

Non domestic rates At present there is a 100% relief on beach huts, however this relief is only applicable if a purchaser is not already claiming small business rate relief on a small business.
