The site

The existing building is single storey, (4.8 metres in height, 2.6 metres to the eaves), and measures 23.7 metres in length and 7.6 metres in width.

There is a large concrete hard standing (previous silage clamp) surrounding the barn and an adjoining paddock with sea views towards Lundy Island.
