Detached Barn

We are informed by the vendor that the building used to be a longhouse many years ago with the livestock being houses in the lower part of the building with the occupiers living in the higher levels. The current owners therefore feel that obtaining the relevant planning to convert the building back to a dwelling should be pretty straight forward.

Interior (14.08m x 4.58m)

The interior of the building is currently one open space and has a two storey height at the bottom end where the entrance to the building would be. There is ample head room in our opinion to create a mezzanine at the top end of the property. There is a window to the rear and side along with two doors to the front (one will need to be changed or blocked up). The ceiling has the exposed ceiling timbers which are a lovely feature of the property.

Garage & Driveway

To the bottom side of the barn there is an open fronted garage.

Rear Garden Area

To the rear of the barn there is a cottage style garden which runs along the boundary.

Views

The property enjoys breath taking views over the surrounding countryside and the famous Ceiriog Valley.
