Location
Brynheulog is a short drive (around two and a half miles) from Ross-on-Wye, a popular market town. The high street features an assortment of shops, independently-owned boutiques, a range of restaurants, welcoming pubs and various leisure facilities. There are also several supermarkets plus four schools in the town - three primaries and one secondary, all of which boast 'Good' Ofsted ratings.

The home at a glance
Brynheulog is tucked away in a quiet corner of the south Herefordshire countryside, behind a wooden gate. An expansive gravel track winds up past far-reaching, well-kept lawns to an expansive driveway and a detached double garage which has a room above it, which could serve as an ideal spot for a gym or home office.
The main entrance to the double-fronted home leads into the entrance hall which gives a wonderful first impression of the house; the space carries wooden floors and high ceilings which give a fantastic sense of space.
There are two reception rooms on the first floor of the property; each is found on either side of the entrance hall and both are delightful spaces that boast alcove fireplaces, picture rails and bay windows which allow natural light to pour in. One of these rooms also features a set of French doors which make the room even brighter.
At the end of the entrance hall, there is an open-plan, dual aspect kitchen and dining room which features a Rayburn cooker as well as an electric cooker and gas hob, a double Belfast sink plus space for a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
Beyond here, there is a substantial utility room which has another Belfast sink, plus space and plumbing for both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are also plenty of storage cupboards as well as a shower room.
On the first floor of the property, there are four double bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The two largest bedrooms, at the front of the home, are both dual-aspect but most of the light cascades in through the sizeable bay windows. The two other bedrooms both include built-in wardrobes along with fitted bookshelves.
The annexe, which is tucked away on the right-hand side of the home, includes a double bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge with space and lining for a wood-burning stove, a conservatory and a kitchen with an electric hob and oven, plus space and plumbing for a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
