Community infrastructure levy

A community infrastructure levy is not currently charged in North Devon Council area.

Note: Three private water supplies with now extinguished easement rights cross the plot north to south. These pipes are now redundant. A new connection to serve these supplies was agreed with sww and new water pipes have been laid through land to the south of the plot.
