I have owned this property for over 20 years and always looked after and maintained it; Dawn Til Dusk currently manages it and always has been; there are no rental arrears, and all the tenants pay one time and would like to stay as they are long-standing tenants. I am selling as I live too far away from the property and am looking to retire. All the utilities have been separated. I have up to date eicr's, and it is fully compliant with Fire Regulations. I have recently just had a brand-new fire escape fitted at the back of the property. The is no Gas Central Heating; all rooms run of Electric radiators, which are more than enough to heat the house sufficiently and means the property is more economical.
A superb opportunity to purchase a substantial investment. Close to Plymouth City Centre, well-serviced transport links and easy access to the A38. Fully tenanted and ready to go, we anticipate high demand for this property, so call now to book a viewing and avoid disappointment.

Lipson Lipson is a ward in the city of Plymouth, England. It is an affluent area with a substantial park called 'Freedom Fields', a Civil War battle site where the townsfolk of nearby Plymouth resisted substantial Cavalier raiding parties and enabled the town to sustain the royalist siege. Freedom Fields existed before the Civil War and acquired its name after the defeat there of a French invasion force two hundred years earlier.
Formerly the site of Plymouth's biggest hospital (Freedom Fields Hospital), the borough prison, and fire and ambulance stations, it now retains only the (rebuilt) fire station. Most of the housing stock is good-quality Victorian and Edwardian terraces and some good schools are available including Lipson Co-operative Academy. The area offers fine views in all directions, not least south across Plymouth Sound. A retail shopping centre, the university, and Plymouth's main railway station are all within short walking distance.
