An internal door leads through to the garage which has been partly fitted out as a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer installed. There is also a shower cubicle fitted to the rear of the garage and carpet tiles on the floor so an ideal area to use when back from the beach. The main door is electric for easy access and there is a rear door as well. At the rear of the property there is a timber shed and a pedestrian gate giving access onto Tinners Way
