What do you love most about your home? We love the amazing light throughout the entire flat. The duel aspect reception room gets the sun all day long, the balcony is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and it's been great fun growing our little vegetable garden each summer, and as evening falls we can watch the sunset through the large windows at the other end of the room. The flat is spacious and light, with large windows and an airy feeling throughout, there's plenty of built in storage which we have found very useful. The hallway runs from the entrance lobby through to the reception room, with glass doors at either end it creates a lovely flow and is a great space to display our pictures.

Why are you moving? We moved here as a newly married couple, we are now a family of 4, so after many happy memories, the time has come to move on for more space.

What do you love about the area? We love how green the surrounding area is, the amazing views from the flat and the feeling that we live up in the trees. The communal gardens here are stunning and well maintained, we have always loved them, but they were particularly appreciated during lockdown. While tucked away in such a peaceful spot hidden amongst the trees, just 2 minutes away are fantastic bus links to Crystal Palace, West Norwood, Tooting and more, and Gipsy Hill Station and Crystal Palace Triangle are just a 15 minute walk away. When we moved here we loved the pubs and bars on the triangle and how easy it was to get home from a night out in town, since we have had our children we have discovered how wonderful the local area is for young families, with fantastic nurseries and schools on our doorstep, as well as lots of brilliant greenspaces to enjoy.
