North Devon Council confirmed approval of planning permission for the erection of a dwelling under application ref. 71619 dated 20 August 2020, at 58 Pilton Lawn, Barnstaple, EX31 4AB.

We note from the Application Report that sww state a public sewer crosses the site and its diversion will be required. We also note from a Western Power response that an underground LV cable crosses the site. Surface water will require attenuation and a controlled discharge into the close by River Yeo via an existing outlet.
