App/K1128/W/18/3205992), following the decision of South Hams District Council to refuse an outline planning application (Ref.3880/17/opa) by notice dated 14th June 2018. The appeal was allowed, and planning permission granted for the erection of 8 dwellings (including affordable housing), access and associated landscaping at land east of Creek Close, Frogmore.
There is an associated unilateral undertaking (Section 106 legal agreement) with this planning permission, which provides for contributions towards secondary school infrastructure and school transport in the (indexed linked) sums of £26,305 and £15,849, respectively.
