The house and garden are perfect for entertaining as the large decked area is the ideal spot for parties and BBQs. We’ve celebrated our son’s first birthday party with guests in the garden and, as our friends are scattered all over the country, they will often come and stay for the weekend. We converted the old stables into a games and entertaining space with a pool table and mini bar which is really useful when the weather is not so nice.”

“The village is lovely and offers plenty of opportunities to get out and walk in the surrounding countryside across the fields and along the river. We enjoy easy access to St Neots which is an up and coming market town with some interesting little shops and cafes. We’re also very lucky to have an excellent pub in the village that serves great food. Sunday lunches have to be booked well in advance and the beer garden is lovely in the summer. There’s a great sense of community here with lots of events taking place, including the annual Beer Festival and regular film nights at the village hall.”
