"We have really enjoyed living in Leytonstone. The house is perfectly located - although didn't know it when we moved here, Lincoln Street gave us equidistant access to everything the vibrant local area offers. Within ten minutes you can be on Wanstead flats without a house in sight, Equally you can wander to the shops and restaurants in Leytonstone, or the excellent cafes, wine bars and shops of Francis Road. The recently refurbished leisure centre across the road has been great for our small child, with an excellent soft play as well as swimming lessons. The house itself is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Within the last couple of years we have completely remodelled the kitchen and bathroom and it's great fun to have breakfast with the morning sunrise coming through the double doors or to have lunch with the afternoon sun again shining on you through the roof windows. Both our neighbours on either side are lovely."
