There are good transport links included main line rail. The nearest access to the New Forest is approx 1 mile from Sandhills.

The Lodge is in a sort after prime front row position with amazing views of Christchurch Harbour and beyond, yet the pitch is situated in an enviable quiet and secluded section of Sandhills.

The large decked area is south facing, very sunny and exceptional. The afternoon sun followed by spectacular sunsets viewed from this setting makes the a holiday home very special.

On account of the spectacular views there is excellent potential for a healthy rental income, the option to more than cover the site fees is readily achievable.

We have a number of returning guests who book direct through the current owners Hildon Holidays web site.

Under the large decked area is ideal storage for windsurfing or kayak gear.

The package includes additional secure outside storage and allocated parking.

Sandhills is open 11 months of the year with Feb offering access to the Lodge daytime only. The site has an outdoor heated pool (usually 29 degrees), a small gym, club house, Sky TV and sociable bar. There is access to wifi and a children's park is on site.
