1, James Watt Terrace. Barrow in Furness. LA14 2TS.
This is a fine Victorian End-Terrace townhouse, in a lovely avenue of similar properties. But this one is different, as it has a lovely large Garden!
Traditional in style with a forecourt and the main front door opening into a traditional Hallway. There are 2 very spacious Reception rooms. The Lounge has a box bay window and a feature fireplace. The arch leads through to a similarly spacious Dining Room. The Kitchen, too is very spacious and is fitted with a full range of floor and wall units incorporating cooker, hob, hood and washing machine and space for a dishwasher. To the side is a Dining Alcove, ideal for less formal meals, or ideal fro hanging the washing or doing the ironing, as well as a Ground Floor WC and a useful rear porch/storage area.
The delightful, and particularly sunny Conservatory is access via the Dining Room and has a lovely outlook over that super Garden.
On the First Floor is the Master Bedroom which is fully fitted with wardrobes and a Dressing Table assembly. The Bathroom has a 4-piece suite comprising a corner Bath Hand-basin, Bidet and a corner Shower Cubicle.
On the Second Floor there are 2 further Bedrooms and a separate WC.
Outside, there is a truly lovely Garden made up of paved Patio Areas and raised Flower Beds, a Summerhouse and a very useful Storehouse.. It should be noted that there is more than sufficient room in the garden to create a Drive and the construction of a Garage ( STPP).
This lovely, spacious house has Double Glazing and a Gas-Fired Central Heating System and had the distinct advantage of no chain.
The Property is particularly well located for extremely easy access to BAE.
